RNR Custom Wheels and Tire Express loves their customers.  With 67 stores in 22 states (including 13 franchisees), RNR knows just how important their customers are.  So every year, they try to find a way to give something back to the people who make them what they are—their customers.  In their Florida stores, this has taken the shape of a Customer Appreciation Week.  From October 21^st through the 26^th, RNR offered $1 wheel and tire specials so that customers could get started on a rental plan for any new set of in-stock wheels and/or tires for just $1, as well as double referral dollars for every referral a customer brought in.  While RNR enjoyed being able to offer these special deals to their customers, it’s the culmination of the week that they were most excited about.

On Saturday, October 26^th, each of the Florida RNR stores (Bradenton, Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Ocala, Orlando, St. Petersburg and Tampa) had a day of fun right outside of the store.  They fired up grills for hot dogs and hamburgers and provided entertainment to the people who make their business successful every day.  The festivities began at 11 AM and went until 2 PM, and RNR was very happy with the turnout.

Larry Sutton, founder and President of RNR stated, “We decided this year to celebrate our 13th anniversary by showing all of our thousands of customers how much we truly appreciate and value their business.  We offered some great deals this week as a thank you, and on Saturday, we had a party at every store. We grilled hot dogs and hamburgers from 11 AM until 2 PM, we had DJ’s spinning tunes, free balloons and a coloring contest for the kids!  We just want all of our past customers to know how much we appreciate them for giving us the opportunity to serve them over these past years.”
