- What makes RNR Tire Express unique?
We offer customers a unique lease-purchase payment model that allows RNR franchisees to make money on the sale of the tires, custom wheels, and related services as well as extended lease payments. Our pricing model appeals to an underserved consumer niche of middle-income blue-collar or early-career, white-collar Americans, who are affluent enough to own a car, but may not have the credit or cash available to purchase tires. Over 85% of our customers choose this option, giving us a unique niche within the $41-Billion tire industry.
- What are the startup costs?

- How much money can I make?
In 2021 the average location generated $1.75M* in sales and showed an operating income of $272K*, a 15.5% net profit*. More than 80% of RNR Tire Express franchisees own multiple locations and plan on opening more. We do make financial performance representations in Item 19 of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). *The figures above reflect averages for the 20 top revenue stores (19%) of the 95 stores reporting that opened in 2018 or prior and have been open at least 24 months. These averages are based on a 52-week annual period from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. Of these 20 stores, 9 (45%) had higher total revenue and 9 (45%) had higher operating income. - Do I need automotive or lease-purchase experience?
Not at all. We’d rather teach you our lease-purchase and automotive model. As part of your RNR UNIVERSITY training program, you’ll spend valuable time in one of our company-owned stores as well as have access to our extensive online training videos and resources.
- How do I find a location?
We have significant data on the demographics of our customers. We know how far they travel, their median household income, ethnic makeup, and we understand the location requirements that give you the best opportunity for success. RNR Tire Express will help you with zoning and permitting. Our team will evaluate locations for viability as you provide them to us.
- What brands will I carry?
By becoming an RNR franchisee, you can leverage our national vendor relationships to obtain additional buying power of today’s top brands. We carry the top-selling tire brands people trust, including Michelin, Goodyear, Bridgestone, and Pirelli, along with BF Goodrich, Firestone, Cooper, and many more.
- How long does it take to open?
Your first location will generally open within 6-12 months of signing your agreement. If your site has already been identified and approved, the time to open can be reduced considerably.
- How does RNR help franchisees with marketing?

We have proven, ready to launch campaigns and social media strategies to kickstart and continually support your stores’ growth. - What are the available territories?
RNR Tire Express franchisees opened over 55 franchise locations in the last several years and plan on opening many more. However, prime development territories still exist.
