Getting Started with the Discovery Process
After expressing interest in becoming an RNR franchisee, you’ll enter our discovery process. This is where we take the time to learn more about you, evaluate your desired territory, and review our proven business model. You’ll also have the opportunity to speak with some of our current franchisees about their experiences with RNR Tire Express.
Discovery Day in Tampa
One of the highlights of the discovery process is Discovery Day, a two-day event where you’ll visit us at our headquarters in Tampa, Florida. During your visit, you’ll get a real hands-on experience with the RNR business model.
You’ll spend time touring our local franchise locations to see how they operate and get a feel for the day-to-day business. Additionally, you’ll meet with key departments and your future franchise support team, learning how RNR provides comprehensive support to its franchisees.
Finalizing the Agreement and Moving Forward
Once Discovery Day is complete and we’ve gotten to know each other better, the real fun begins! After finalizing the franchise agreements, we’ll start working together to open your first RNR location. From site selection to grand opening, our dedicated team will be by your side to ensure everything goes smoothly.
