As Director of Marketing for Rental Concepts, LLC, Shawnya has brought strategic innovation and leadership to the marketing efforts of 32 stores across seven states.

Led by Shannon & Cynthia Baber Strunk and Shane Baber, this group operates 16 locations across the South and continues to exemplify operational excellence, community impact, and strong business growth.
