We’ve been in the wheel and tire business for a while now and we’ve risen right to the top. Want to know why? Because we give our customers what they want and need in a way that they can afford. People come to us looking for quality wheels and tires—maybe they want to dress up their favorite vehicle, maybe they need to replace their old wheels, or maybe they need new, high-quality tires that they can really get some miles out of for their family car—whatever they want or need, we help them get it by offering an affordable payment program.
Even more important: We know our wheels and tires and we know our business. We make sure that our customers understand the best ways to care for their purchases and get the most life out of them, and we have programs, like our Road Warrior program, that offer roadside assistance and replacement options in case of damage. We also have something we like to call the “RNR Way,” a way of dealing with customers that makes them customers for life. We encourage a culture of assistance, and that extends to our franchisees.
If you decide to join us, we’ll make sure you know this business, but we’ll also make ourselves available to you to answer questions and offer assistance and encouragement. We have a wealth of information and experience in our corporate offices and there are few things we haven’t seen or heard, so don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers. Coming in, you may not have any of the answers—but that’s what we’re here for.
If you want to own an RNR franchise, it helps to know your way around wheels and tires but it’s not a necessity. When you join the RNR family, we’ll have you down to Tampa for training, and we’ll make sure you know everything from how to install a tire to managing accounts (not to mention how to work the sales floor like a pro!). If you come in green, we even offer an extended Discovery Week where you will shadow one of our company-owned locations (which will give you a little jump on our training program). We’ll help you scout a location, order your inventory, and market your opening (and beyond).
Our founder, Larry Sutton, has 40+ years of experience in the rent-to-own industry, and he’s grown RNR Custom Wheels and Tire Express to more than 65 stores across the country in just 12 years.
