Prospective franchisees always enjoy a few jokes during Franchise Discovery Day about pirates and leave the day long introduction to the RNR Franchise knowing that Vince Ficarrotta (his resemblance to Captain Jack Sparrow from the “Pirates of the Caribbean” Movie franchise in uncanny) will be at their new store opening.

Captain Jack Spare (Spare Tire) as he is fondly referred to my franchisees in the system–attends all opening and mingles with the crowds to celebrate the new stores in communities throughout the U.S.
